This article tells us that Sujit Choudhry is a person who has a great love of thelaw. He is one of a team of experts, who was in the Ukraine on July 10th to talk withother experts about constitutional challenges that the country is facing. He has become a notable presence and worked with other dignitaries after telling them that the democratization in the Ukraine is not stable. He pointed out to them that there were items that contributed to this. Among them were the concentration of the presidency power, the legislature electoral system and the weak political parties . Sujit Choudhry, born in India in 1970 attended Oxford University where he obtained his law degrees from Ontario, Oxford and Toronto. He became a dean at the University of California Berkeley. Sujit Choudhry has done a great deal of research. This research address not only comparative constitutional law and politics, but also constitutional design. He proposes to use it a a tool in order to have a government transition from violent conflict to using peaceful democratic politics.
